A free cremation option is available for your loved one. By donating the body to science, you can assist in advancing medical and scientific research now and in the future. Medical researchers and educators are able to use donated human tissue to improve life and health for future generations. On average, donors are able to participate in up to seven different research programs. Tissue not used for research will be cremated and returned to the family. The donor family will receive a letter detailing current research and medical educational projects, and a tree is planted in commemoration of the donor on the one year anniversary of the donation.
